The attic by Brandy

This event actually takes place in Redlands California. it happened 12 years ago. i was visiting my grandmother whom happened to own this really old house. the first night things seemed very normal. till the next day when some other relatives arrived there to visit. My aunt had just had a baby so the room where i was sleeping was going to be taken by my aunt and her kids. since i was the oldest of my brothers and sisters i was told that i had to go sleep in the attic. Ofcourse to a 8 year old that is one of the scariest places to sleep followed by the basement. so my mother tried to make me feel better by giving me a flashlight and my favorite stuffed animal. i remember that they cleared the attic out so that it wouldnt be that scary for me. so when night came i was up there with the flashlight just pointing it to every inch of space in the attic. I couldnt go to sleep and i was very scared i heard everyone go to their rooms and go to bed. At around 10:45pm i felt a cold breeze come to me. i curled into my covers and tried to close my eyes, but i didnt turn off the flashlight. About 20 minutes later i decided to turn off the flashlight to save the batteries. Then thats when it all started. I heard the voice of a man calling me out. He kept calling me it started with a whisper and it began to get louder and louder. I turned on my flashlight and looked around and saw nothing. then i heard the voice of a woman moaning her voice was very eery. She was saying "get out" i tried to turn on the flashlight but i couldn't then i felt someone grab it from my hands and throw it across the room. I tried to get up and run downstairs but someone grabbed me by the arm. I looked up and saw a tall figure all i could see were his eyes they flared it was the scariest thing i ever seen. His eyes were penitrating. I began to cry, i tried to scream but words couldnt come out. He threw me against the wall and i heard the woman yell " get out". The man was walking towards me and i felt this eerie feeling like a very cold chill. He was speaking but i couldnt understand he was shaking me and pushing me around. Then me had a smirk and looked directly into my eyes and told me "Live in Hell" and he grabbed me by the neck and was going to throw me out of the window. But the woman pleaded him to stop she told him "no dont kill our baby" right before he was about to throw me she pushed him to the ground and the woman grabbed me and threw me down the stairs. The attic door slammed. I started to yell for my parents and they ran towards me. They looked at my arms and neck and they had marks on them. my parents were scared and were going to call the police but the marks started to dissapear instantly. As for the attic door, It could never be opened again.

A 2 days of summer vacation in a haunting boarding school by Nikina

I was 10years old we packed our bags to move to our home for our summer vacation but due to some reason the vacation got postponed for 2 days that was a horrifying night. we were 35 gals in a doumetry a girl name Nancy wish to go to loo but was scared to go alone but we forced her to go because we all were busy playing and no body wish to acompany her but when she came back she was with my freind Naina But you know what Naina was actually lying on her bed. than who was she? Today I'm 27 but still get scared when remember this incident.

Bathroom haunting by Mike

One of my good friends always claimed that there was a ghost in his bathroom. Of course I thought he was just pulling my leg. Until I went to stay the night there. He was determined to prove to me there was a ghost in his bathroom. Before we went to bed he wiped off the bathroom mear so it was spotless and arranged his hair combs in a specific order, and he told me that in the morning the bathroom would be different than the way we left it. So when morning finally arrived, we went to the bathroom to see if anything was out of the ordinary, and to my disbelief the mirror was covered in handprints and his hair combs were in a much different position than we left them the night before. Needless to say I was frightened. I decided to stay the night at his house again the next night. When we were getting ready to go to sleep, I needed to go to the hallway so i could plug in my phone to be charged. As I was plugging in my phone i glanced at the bathroom entrence. I saw a man just standing there looking at me then he walked to a location in the bathroom to where i could not see him anymore. I have never been so scared in my life.

Well my friend, Mckenna told me this story but I know she wasn't lying.Mckenna her Aunt and Mckenna's mom were mountain climbing and they just got started and a raven came flying past them. Her Aunt told them they MUST leave because Ravens are bad luck, or so she thinks. Anyway, they went home and later that night one the news someone had fallen of the moutain and broke their neck about an hour after the Raven pasted. And it was the same moutain that Mckenna, her Aunt, and her mom were climbing the same day.....

Freaky babysitting story by D

It was close to summer and i was babysitting my little brother jackson(2). Well my mom and her boyfriend were in Vermilion and my other brother Alex(14) was at my dad's, So i was alone with jackson. We had just moved into our new house a few months before and i always had a strange feeling of being watched. Well, this house as been around for almost 100 years so there's no telling exactly what happened in there before we had moved in. Anyways, the way our living room was set up was weird: the Tv was on the west wall, the big couch on the south wall by the door going into the dinning room, the love seat was on the east wall by my room, and the chair was on the north wall my Alex's room. Well if you sat in the chair the reflection of the tv showed right into the dinning room and part of the kitchen. It was a bright and sunny day when this had happened. It was probably about 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon. My mom's boyfriend had called to check up on Jackson and me. I told him that we were fine and nothing was wrong. Well as he was babbling on about something i glanced and the tv and back at my brother. Well no sooner i had done that, something cought my attention. As i looked back into the tv i noticed this Black thing moving into the corner of the dinning room. Where it was going i had no idea because it was right in a corner. I told my mom's boyfriend to hold on a sec, i think someone's in the house. So i got up and got Alex's baseball bat(i was very scared). I slowly began to walk over there and as i turned to the corner i saw it walking to, there was nothing there. it totally had freaked me out the way that nothing was there. So as i walked back into the living room to get the phone, i got really cold all of a sudden. It felt as if someone had just dipped me in ice. Well as i turned around the room to see if i could see anything,i smelled my grandma's perfume and it sounded as if she had called my name. I started thinking to myself my grandma's not here she died almost a year ago. Then it occured to me...it was her watching over me and jackson to see if we were doing alright. But even now to this day when i smell her perfume, or hear my name beening called, it doesn't freak me out as bad. it just lets me know she's still here and never really left me.

this is 1000% true. one day this little boy named jimmy went to a huanted hoause on halaween jimmy and his family did not know it was a real haunted house so when his parents went inside two vapiers bit his parents and when the vapiers sucked all the blood out of jimmy's parents they died and his sisster had to use the bathroom and when she came out she died from a zombie jimmywas behind all of this killing stuff and he had red eye's and nobody did know that jimmy was a killer and he had a brother but we dont talk about him and jimmy had blood all over his face and it never came of.

Didnt she die last year? by karly

ok this is a true storie. this happened to me and my best friend emily. one day me n my friend emily were in my back yard and we saw my next next door nieghboor. it was a little girl around 5 or 7 years old she was playing, jumping the rope she looked so happy. then i had a long time that i didnt see her. the like a year later me n my friend emily went 2 a party and came back home around 2:00 am. so me and emilywhere walkingb home from the party because it was close 2 my house. so when we got to my house we went to the back door in the yard and we saw the little girl in her back yard jumping the rope. she was playing and playing and i told emily that it was kind of weird that she was outside playing if it was late really late 4 a little girl 2 be alone. but we didnt stop walking. the next day i told my friend scarlett about kast night and about the girl like scarlett is her next door nieghboor she new more thigs about them. but she was like "r u kidding me??" u saw a the little girl playing?? and we were like yeah and she said something really creepy she said " that little girl died last year in an accident. she was jumping the rope and she fell really hard 2 the ground and she cracked her head and it didnt stop bleeding aND the mom was so scare that she waited 2 long 2 get help so she died" i was in shocked now me n emily dont come that late from a party and we dont use the backdoor no more oh aqnd we dont go 2 the yard either!!

My boyfriend passed away on sept 15th 2008. I had taken a picture of him 2 days before sitting on my front porch with a beer and a mushroom i had found in the yard. I have a sprint phone. Soon after my brothers g/f was going thru her phone and found 2 things related to him, one was a video of him dancing and the other was a picture of him and i together cheek to cheek about 6 months ago. I wanted to try and get them to my computer via e-mail but i had sprint so we came up with an idea to send it to another cingular phone since she had cingular, and have someone more experienced help so she sent those 2 things. I have to tell you now that at this point she had never even seen then picture that i had on my phone of him. So she sent it to our friend tom and he forwards them to me. And you would not believe what came up, THE PICTURE FROM MY PHONE. She never had it to begin with or had even seen it. Tom was seeing the video of him dancing and i was seeing the picture from my phone. It was an attatchment. I have no idea how she got it, I have no clue how to send a picture to a phone and why would I, she would have no use for it. We did it again and the same thing happen the recent picture that was only on my phone. Then we did it again, I can tell its something different but its to big to open but I can see its not that same picture. Now I just went back and there is no picture its a video. I know i saw what I saw. How can he see one thing on his screen and me see something different and now i go back and its back to the video but i cant get it to fully open but its not the picture like it was its something else hopefully the video.

The balloon by A.G. K.C. K.B.

My friends Amanda, Keeley, and I were watching The Haunted Hour. I had a balloon with a smiley face on it. I put it in my room. In the middle of the movie the balloon moved out of my room and into the liveing room. (my room is right by the liveing room) I didn't think anything of it at first. I just got up and put the Balloon in my room and turned my fan off. (I had a fan in my room on) I walked back to the liveing room. I unpaused the movie. About 5 minutes later the balloon came out of my room and straight to me. (I was sitting on my couch and my friends were siting in chairs) I went over to Amanda's chair.(The farthest one from the couch) The balloon followed me. That is when we got scared. Amanda is the strongest one of us so Keeley and I sat by Amanda. The balloon got right infront of us. I got up, grabed the balloon, and ran to my parent's room. I opened the door and put the balloon in there. The next day I took the balloon and sucked all the air out of it. That is my story. It is compleatly true. U can belive me or not.
